Video Blog 35: Sharing the love of Chair Dance

Hey everyone!

Here’s something a little bit different for you to try out today.

As you all know I am a massive fan of Burlesque. In fact, this Friday I will be taking to the ‘Burly’ stage again at the Belfast Burlesque Festival! I am very excited to share my unique style of chair dance at this festival.

Today I’m sharing one of my signature chair dance tricks for you to try.

Have fun trying this trick and remember, safety first! You should be able to do a strong plank on the floor before even attempting this trick, ensure you have a sturdy chair and someone to help spot you!
