Whether you went through a Kate Bush phase as a teenager, or if you’re only discovering her more recently, this is for you if you’re someone that loves dramatic flowy dancing, as well as geeky giggles! ?
‘Wuthering Heights’ Choregraphy with Mich

In this special one-off class, Mich (@unquietdreams on IG) will help you to learn Kate Bush’s beautiful choreography (minus the cartwheel) from her original white dress ‘Wuthering Heights’ video.
Flowing white dress optional (or red if you want to channel the ‘Wuthering Heights’ red dress video vibe!), singing along encouraged!
Suitable for dancers of all levels, including first-timers. There is no pole dancing in this choreography, just regular dancing!
Pre-requisites: Please dress comfortably in clothing you dance freely in. This choreo is not heavy on floorwork but you can bring your own knee pads for your comfort.

‘Running Up That Hill’ Sexy Pole Choreo with Arlene
2:00pm – 3:30pm / €30
You will learn a smooth sequence of moody low flow and basework, broken down into sections, including some of Arlene’s (@arlenecaffrey on IG) signature moves. There will be attention to making your legs look a million miles long, dramatic softness, moving with intention, embodying your authentic sexy self, and getting the most out of your heels.
We will dance to ‘Running Up That Hill’ by Kate Bush, and you can expect a playlist full of similar dream-pop and shoegaze bangers!
Different variations of movements will be given to challenge you at your appropriate level, so advanced students and beginners are welcome, and everything in between; Arlene will meet you where you’re at.
You can rock up to this workshop in full sparkly regalia or you can show up in a hoodie; no judgment for how you’re dressed. Though, dressing up in 80’s dream-pop fashion is highly encouraged! Think loads of eyeliner, pink lipstick, big hair!
Level: Some experience of pole dance is required to get the most out of this workshop.
