Whilst pole dancing does have amazing benefits in burning calories and toning up, our favourite thing about it is the mental and emotional benefits that our clients feel from taking time out for themselves, to step out of their comfort zones, to see themselves in a new way and to challenge their own perceptions of what they are capable of. That transformation is worth more than all the calories burned in the world!
