I bought an online course, how do I access the course content?

Your course login details are emailed to you upon purchasing your course. Please check your spam folder for this important email and please keep it safe!

How long can I access the course content?

Each course has a different expiration date from the date of purchase, which is displayed in the information on the course purchase page. Our courses have the following expiration / access periods:

  • Floorwork Fundamentals: 9 weeks from date of purchase.
  • Floorwork Flow: 9 weeks from date of purchase.
  • Low Flow & Basework: Beginner Level Course: 12 weeks from date of purchase.
  • Low Flow & Basework: Beginner Level Course: 12 weeks from date of purchase.

Is the course subscription recurring?

No, all course purchases are a one-off payment. You will not be billed after the expiration date, however you will lose access to the course content following this date. To continue accessing the content, you may purchase the course again or purchase a monthly subscription.

Should I purchase a subscription or a course?

Our courses will give you a taste of our tutorials, perfect if you want to try as a one-off purchase before signing up for a monthly subscription. Purchasing a subscription will give you access to a huge range of tutorials, as opposed to the limited content of our courses. Our ‘All Access’ membership subscription allows you to view all of our tutorials currently available on our site.

If I decide not to use my course content can I get a refund?

No, but you will have access to our content for the duration of your course for which you have already paid. After this you will lose access to the content, please refer to your course expiration date.

Can I share my course access?

No sharing please! Please do not share, give or sell your username and password with anyone else, as this hurts our business. We are a small independent business based in Ireland; Arlene creates all content for the courses single-handedly. We value all support, if you love our content and think that your friends will love it too, please tell them about it.

How can I change my password?

Log in to your account, go to Dashboard > Password > enter current password > enter new password!

Can I watch the tutorials on my phone or tablet?

Yes you can! Simply use your web browser to log in and access the tutorials.

Can I watch the tutorials on my large screen?

Yes, simply use a HDMI cable to watch the tutorials on a large screen.

Can I download the tutorials?

No, but you can take them anywhere with you. Simply log in to your account on your phone, tablet, or laptop.

Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?

All subscriptions are non-transferable.

How often will I be billed?

Our monthly subscriptions renew monthly, meaning you will be charged on the same day every month.

Is the monthly subscription recurring?

Yes, all subscriptions are recurring and billed every month. You can cancel at anytime.

Can I cancel my monthly subscription at any time?

Yes you can. Simply log in to your account, go to Dashboard > Billing > Change Plan > Cancel Membership. Once you have cancelled, your subscription will continue for the remaining month in which you have already paid for. After this, you will lose access to the content.

If I cancel my subscription do I get a refund for the remaining time left?

No, but you will have access to our content for the duration of your monthly subscription in which you have already paid. After this, you will lose access to the content.

If I forget to cancel, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately our subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. So please make sure you cancel prior to your renewal date if you do not wish to continue for another billing period.

Can I share my subscription?

Please do not share, give or sell your username and password with anyone else, as this hurts our business. Excessive viewings or logins with multiple users will result in the immediate cancellation of membership with no refund.

It’s really cool to be able to take up something in your mid-thirties and see improvement and growth each week. I’m really happy with my body in a way I haven’t been before. It’s able to do things I wouldn’t have thought possible. I’m so much stronger and more flexible than a year ago. I definitely feel sexier and comfortable with my body from that perspective too.
