A 60-minute online 1-1 private lesson with Arlene.

Be it pole dance tricks and technique, choreography and flow, preparation for a competition or show, Burlesque and floorwork, Arlene will share her knowledge and coach you to help you achieve your dance goals.

With 18+ years of pole dance experience, you are in safe hands: Arlene is a fully certified and insured pole dance instructor.

Please observe the following points before booking your lesson:

  • Please email Arlene on info@irishpoledanceacademy.com with your preferred time and dates (Irish Time) to arrange your lesson, if you have not already done so.
  • To get the most out of your lesson, please write into the order notes or email in advance a list of your goals or what you would like to work on.
  • Please email in advance if you are working with injuries.
  • The link for your online class will be emailed to you a couple of hours before your lesson. Please ensure that you enter your correct email address at the time of booking as this will be used for correspondence.
  • The lesson will be held on Microsoft Teams. Please ensure that you have the necessary software and that your audio and video settings are working correctly.
  • This online lesson is live and is not recorded.
  • Please make every effort to arrive on time. If you are late this will be deducted from your class time: we have to keep within the 60 minutes allocated for your lesson.
  • Cancellations: Please give 48 hours notice prior to the start time of your booked lesson. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of the full fee.
