Sad songs, socks and sliding around. Tie together contemporary floor-work, low pole transitions and static spins to create a beautiful flowing routine. Work through freestyle prompts and find your feelings before exploring choreography and dancing it all out.
Suitable for all levels of ability (minimum experience level: ‘Introduction to Pole Dance’ and above).
Kneepads, socks and cosy comfortable clothing will help you flow through choreo sequences, but if you prefer to dance in heels that works as well! This workshop is about finding intent and purpose in your own movement. You will learn creative choreography, and you will also gain tools to help you continue to move and create in your own style.
This workshop is €43 per person and takes place on Saturday December 10th, 6:00pm – 7:30pm. Only 10 places are available and can be reserved via our booking site here.
